Seven-Seven Contemporary

In July 2007, Seven-Seven Contemporary, situated on the bustling Broadway Market stretch of Hackney, hosted Salon07, a dynamic open submission exhibition of 83 artists living and working in the UK.

Artists were invited to bring their work to the gallery from Sunday 8 July until Wednesday 11 July. During this time selectors Alex Michon, Laura White and Andrea Adcock judged which of the submitted works were to be included within the Salon hang.
